Jimmy rebuilt the 22 residence pages from one data file and one template, then had each page written out in full so that search and AI engines can read it.

What it is
The live site publishes 22 residences from 871 to 2,101 square feet, priced from $722,085 to $1,877,864. Each residence has a name and its own page.
On the rebuilt site the 22 residence links returned errors. The source for the working pages on the original site, built by Jesse Fowler, was not on Jimmy's machine. Once rebuilt, the pages were filled in by a script in the browser, so the raw page was empty to any search or AI engine that does not run scripts. The home page also carried stale sizes and prices.
The unit program, the sizes and the projections table came from the development side. Jimmy named the 22 residences. The work was done with an AI coding assistant under his direction.
What Jimmy did
- Chose on June 24, 2026 to rebuild the pages inside his own build, from one data file and one template.
- Ruled that the 22 Unit Projections table is the authoritative source for every number, over the older figures on the original site.
- Asked for a one-line meaning under each residence name.
- Had "view from this floor" reframed as a floor design study, because it promised more accuracy per residence than the images could support.
- Asked for design inspiration by program, such as one bedroom or corner home, in place of 22 invented sets.
- Had a generator built on July 1, 2026 that writes each residence to a static page with its own title, description, canonical address and structured data.
- Had structured data added by page type: a residence listing with breadcrumb on each residence page, the building on the home page, and questions and answers on the FAQ page.
- Had an FAQ page of nine questions built. He decided that the parking answer should sell the premium, since two to three private garage spaces per home is a point of difference for the building.
- Had stale figures corrected on every page, with the data file as the single source.
- Published a crawler file that welcomes eight AI and answer engines by name, a sitemap of 25 addresses, and a plain-text fact sheet for AI engines that lists all 22 residences.
- Ruled on September 14, 2026 that the numbering of the Architect of Record governs every document, page and schedule, and had a crosswalk written from the old numbers to the new.
Results
- All 22 residence pages are live. Each carries a unique title and structured data.
- The crawler file, the sitemap, the fact sheet and the FAQ page all return live.
- Build notes of July 1, 2026 record the site verified in Google Search Console by a record at the domain registrar, with the sitemap submitted.
- Two steps remain open in the notes: marking the lead event as a key event in analytics, and the Bing import.
- The renumbered pages exist in the local build only and have not been deployed.
- The files hold no ranking, citation or traffic data.
