KinworkOne family name and one look for four products built by a partner
Jimmy named the Kinwork product family and decided its visual system. Robby Prochnow built every product. Prochnow has accepted the names. They are working titles until the domains and landing pages are secured, and the marks are placeholders.

What it is
Robby Prochnow, Common Ground's technology principal, built four products: an audit of a company's systems, a client portal, a workspace for people and AI agents, and a tool for visibility in search and AI engines. They carried four unrelated names, Lens, Foyer Hall, Kinwork and Slipstream, and sat on three different web domains.
The group also had no single written statement of who it is, what separates it, and which entity an email should come from. Jimmy took both problems in September 2026.
Status, stated plainly. The four product names are in use on a staging site and on three one-page sheets. Prochnow has accepted the names Kinwork, Compass, Constellation, Concierge and Crew. They remain working titles, because the domains and landing pages are not yet secured and the names may still change. The public wiki still used the older names when read on September 28, 2026. The marks are placeholders until real logos are drawn. Nothing on this page is live.
What Jimmy did
- Wrote the Common Ground identity brief. Draft 2 is dated September 17, 2026 and signed "Jimmy Khounlavong, with Claude". It covers who the group is, the five seats, what separates it, how leads move, and the email rule: "The letterhead on the contract, not the person."
- Set the separator as "Peer plus proof", and ruled out AI as the claim: "Every firm says AI now and it is a commodity claim."
- Promoted Kinwork from the name of one product to the name of the family, in place of Foyer Hall.
- Named the four products: Kinwork Constellation for the audit, Kinwork Concierge for the portal, Kinwork Crew for the workspace and Kinwork Compass for visibility.
- Wrote the naming rule. Each product is one word the customer already knows, a role or an object, and each opens on a hard K sound. He rejected eleven other words on the way.
- Recorded the known flaws himself: the name can be heard as "Kenwork", "kin work" as two words is a sociology term, and Constellation is a crowded name in other categories.
- Decided on September 17, 2026 to move forward without a vote. The principals were to see the whole picture later and could push back then.
- Decided the visual system on September 28, 2026, over more than twenty recorded rounds in one day. One color per product: yellow for Compass, Baltic blue for Constellation, purple for Concierge and teal for Crew, with a small burnt orange accent on every mark.
- Set the rules that go with it: a product color is never lightened or darkened, tiles are always square, and marks are raised on screens and flat in print.
- Decided the buyer model: four separate products, each with its own buyer, sharing a name and a look. The endorsement line is "Created by Common Ground".
- Set the copy standard for the product sheets on September 27, 2026: three beats, no competitor pricing, and every statistic attributed and source-checked or cut. He required a guard against over-promising on Compass.
Results
- He approved the visual system on September 28, 2026.
- Three finished one-page sheets, for Compass, Constellation and Concierge. Crew has no sheet, by decision.
- An asset library on the shared brand drive, 296 files at creation: marks, tiles, tile backgrounds, icons, the rejected explorations and the source files. Its guide states that the marks are placeholders.
- The names and the look are applied on a staging preview only. The live site and the products are unchanged.
- A trademark search sits with Nick Scavio.
